The unseasonably wet weather on Danielle and Paul's August wedding day at Newton Hall was incessant but could not dampen their spirits. These two beautiful people, inside and out have a unconditional love, they are kindred spirits and the weather despite the conditions could not cause their happiness to waver.
He, a talented musician and song writer and a true romantic at heart and she, a warm, kind and humble girl just as romantically inclined as he, met and fell in love. Romantic meetings at the Millennium bridge in Newcastle and trips to the theatre were a weekly thing until they were inseparable. You could write a film about these two.
The groom got ready into his bespoke tailored suit in the Silver Birch cottage just down the road from Newton Hall in High Newton by the Sea while the bride prepared for the wedding with her bridesmaids in the Pinerello suite. Danielle's beautiful Maggie Sottero wedding gown looked incredible which she chose to pair with her stunning lace trimmed veil. Her Vivianne Westwood shoes as it turned out were perfect for the weather.
Their ceremony took place in the Glass house in Newton Hall where their daughter Maddie carefully looked after the rings until they were needed. After their ceremony they enjoyed a drinks reception with their guests and a few family photographs in the Hall. The rain had decided to cease a little and so they both decided to brave the outdoors for a few pictures together while their guests enjoyed strawberry Mojito's and strawberries dipped in chocolate.
Coco Luminaire provided the light up letters for the reception and the designer cake company created their naked wedding cake. The Floral Quarter supplied the beautiful flowers and Above the clouds created their wedding stationary.
Their love for one another, the love for them both from their family and friends, sheer happiness and joy seem to radiate from their photographs. It just goes to show that you don't need sun for gorgeous wedding pictures!
