Located close to Belsay in Northumberland, Shortflatt Tower was a new one for us. Shortflatt Tower s a 13th-century pele tower, with amazing grounds and a purpose-built dining hall with woodland views which has been built inside the original walled garden. It’s a stunning location and perfect for couples who want a relaxed wedding with an outdoorsy vibe.
Fiona and Stu’s wedding was so much fun to photograph, from giggles with the girls as they got ready in the morning, to the crazy dance moves in the evening. It was a day full of energy and life, and we loved every moment of photographing it!
If you're planning your own wedding at Shortflatt Tower, and are looking for a wedding photographer, please get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
“What can we say, we are so overwhelmed by these photos and how perfectly they capture our day! I can't believe how many there are! Each time I look there seems to be more appearing! Thank you SO much for making this so fun and feel so easy. We absolutely loved having you both as an integral part of our day, and it truly wouldn't have been the same without you. The photos capture the whole range of emotions that came with the day and will be equally treasured. I LOVE the joy that can be seen in all the dancing photos and we are so grateful that you stayed to capture these. And the photos of Georgie the dog are simply perfect! I could go on, but instead, I am just going to go back to scrolling through the pictures and reliving the day moment by moment!” - Fiona and Stuart
