South Causey Inn - Natasha and Robert

A South Causey Inn wedding. Natasha and Robert chose the South Causey Inn’s old barn for the location of their November wedding, and us to be their wedding photographers for the day. With its low lighting and cosy interior, it makes an especially lovely, and very stylish venue for a winter wedding. Natasha got ready in the Pamper Suite, located above the on site antique shop, while Robert chose to get ready in the American Trilogy room. A joyful ceremony was followed by an indoors drinks reception, after which their guests were entertained by some really wonderful speeches. While not small in numbers attending, it was a wonderfully intimate, family focused occasion and a joy to have been a part of.

Healey Barn - Aileen and Christopher

Aileen and Christopher got married on a wet day in October. When I say rain; the downpour started when bride Aileen left Healey Hall and did not stop until after the first dance!

As you can see though, the weather didn't stop everyone enjoying this cosy, rural autumnal wedding at Healey Barn in Northumberland.

Alnwick Garden - Emma and Jonny

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this wedding with you for quite some time now. Emma and Jonny were genuinely two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of photographing. Their wedding day at Alnwick Garden was relaxed and chilled, and both Emma and Jonny were calm personified. The Alnwick Garden of course was as beautiful as ever and gave us a stunning backdrop for their pictures.

Woodhill Hall - Zoe and Andy

In September, we were back at one of our favourite wedding venues, Woodhill Hall in Northumberland for Zoe and Andy’s big day. Their wedding was stylish and creative, yet relaxed and filled with fun. Their guests and their children - who were just about the cutest flower girl and ring bearer I have ever seen, made sure that they had a wonderful day filled with love and laughter.

It was great fun working with this super stylish pair. Zoe and Andy had asked us for lots of couple pictures all around the venue, a little more editorial and posed in style than usual - and of course we were happy to oblige - they were a dream in front of the camera, and made our job so easy!
